We work in multiple capacities such as board members, fractional CXOs, advisors (selected services or end to end support). E.g. a growth stage company with an inhouse finance team may require only CXO level guidance while a company with a vision to get listed in 3-5 years time may want advise on go-to-market startegy, investor relations, valuations, pre-IPO funding, investor roadshows etc.
